STAGING FAQ'S...
My
house isn’t worth being “professionally staged”…
Even
spending a mere $600 for a full day staging service should
net you thousands in return and speed of sale based upon
statistical data. In the previous statistics, unless the
house is under 50K this argument is invalid.
Will
you use my existing furnishings?
Yes. As home staging professionals, we will use most of your
existing furnishings in ways you may have never imagined. We
“shop” your home for items and use them in the creative
staging process. Other "staging" accessories are often
suggested in our evaluation.
What
if I'm working with a Realtor?
Great,
we would love to work with your realtor. We have a Realtor
Partnership Program and have great working relationships
with area Realtors. We have the same goals: to get your home
sold in the quickest time for the most money! Have your
realtor call us or if you don't have a Realtor, ask us and
we'll refer one of our realtor partners to you.
Why
can't I just stage my own home?
Most
homeowners are so used to their home, they don't see the
flaws that might prevent their home from selling. An
objective professional will tour your home with "buyers
eyes" and tailor a plan to showcase your home at it's best.
