Heidi's Home Staging, my FEEL HOME philosophy will
make your home a place where people want to stay, bringing
it to the forefront of the real estate market, and ensuring
a more successful sale. I've always been passionate about
creating cozy and warm atmospheres. My husband and I have
renovated several homes, each one transformed so as to leave
the Realtors with nothing to recommend. However, the last
house we owned sat vacant on the market for
many months and lost considerable value in that time...
I wish
I'd known sooner about the practice of vacant home
staging! The few hundred dollars we might have spent
would surely have outweighed the many thousands of dollars
we ended up losing.
Since
that experience, I have turned personal trauma into a
professional mission to help other homeowners avoid similar
tragedy. By educating them about buyer appeal and sharing
the design talent that comes naturally to me, I hope to help
people sell their homes much more quickly and for top
dollar.
With my
educational background and hands-on experience in home
renovation and decorating, I possess the skills to envision
a home’s potential AND see it through to realization.
